While we can print small runs of items (10+) we strongly advise you to start your order at 50+. We’ll be able to offer a more competitive price and any excess stock that you don’t need to send out can be safely stored with us.

Yes! We offer competitive, frictionless shipping across the UK and the EU from our Sheffield & Paris warehouses. This means no customs duties, import taxes, or border delays… Very few UK branded merch suppliers can offer this unique advantage. Luckily for you, we can!

We’ll adapt the shipping method to your needs. Whether that’s 1 Swag Box to someone’s home address in Berlin, or 500 notebooks to your head office in Barcelona.
Delivery times will vary depending on your order, but as a rough guide - once goods leave our warehouse to you, they’ll take 1-2 days for UK deliveries, 2-5 days for EU deliveries, and 3-7 days for the rest of the world.
You will receive tracking details from the courier partner that handles your delivery (DPD, DHL, etc.)
We will provide an estimated cost of shipping when we prepare your quote. We then invoice the exact amount you have told us where your recipient is. We can then bill you once a month based on where your swag has been delivered - useful if you’re not sure where you’ll need to send your swag!
If your merch is being sent outside of the UK & EU then duties and taxes are not included - but don’t worry! We can offer to prepay your custom duties and taxes and can invoice you for the cost after your swag has been delivered.
Don’t worry if you have no room to store all your swag - Swag Box will store all your merchandise in either our UK or EU warehouse. As an example a Swag Box will cost £4.50 / 5.30€ to store for 6 months and pricing includes packing and fulfillment of your swag. Detailed costs can be found on our storage service page.
Quality control of your branded merchandise; Making sure your branded products are in perfect condition; Packing of your swag boxes, bags or packs. Storing of your merchandise and stock inventory. Preparing your merch to be sent out.
We will notify you once your stock levels become low and it’s time to order more merch to replenish your stock. We can set the ‘low stock levels’ to whatever you’d like them to be. We advise replenishing your stock when you approach 1 month’s of stock left.
We operate stores for a select client base and are actively accepting new clients onto the platform on a case-by-case basis. We plan to release self-service portals for all clients - which will feature live inventory count and a simple ‘repeat order’ function - by Autumn this year. Keep your eyes peeled 👀

Our EU warehouse is in Choisy-Le-Roi, just on the outskirts of Paris. 🥐
We also have distribution partners in USA and China available for complex/large global projects or for those who have demand across multiple territories. Speak to your account manager to discuss a project.

Each item will have different print methods available, so it’s best to check with us first. The most common ones:
Pad print: Up to 4 colours are printed on a specific area.
Screen Print: Applied to many items including t-shirts, tote bags and notebooks.. usually flat items to be printed in solid colours.
Screen round print: For round items like bottles and cups, allow a logo to wrap around your product.
Digital print: Allows for full-colour designs and complex images to be printed on your merch.
Laser engraving: Your artwork is engraved into the item. A classy luxury finish that will never wear off.
Embossed/debossed: Popular option for notebooks that imprint the shape of your artwork into the product.
Embroidery: Your artwork is stitched onto garments and rucksacks. We can also now offer full-colour embroidery designs which look incredible! - read more here...
Sublimation Printing: Grear for achieving edge-to-edge coverage onto fabric items such as lanyards, umbrellas, tote bags, beach towels... Full colour as standard!
The Swag Box team will confirm the best available print method for each of your items and you’ll find the details on the quote. Do you have complex artwork designs or bespoke requests? Tell us as soon as possible so we can work with you to make them a reality 🙌🏻
To get the best print results we’ll need your artwork in vector format (.pdf, .ai, .svg)
Your brand/design/marketing team should have access to those files, if you are unsure, check out our artwork guide or speak to an account manager.
We work with a curated list of approved printers and suppliers that are expert printers in their products for our vast range of products (drinkware, clothing, notebooks, technology etc.) Our partner printing factories are located globally with hubs in the UK, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, France China, and even the USA.
Every product has their own unique printing possibilities - your Swag Box account manager will advise the most suitable artwork possibilities for each item. We can provide specific print templates on request for all of our products - just ask!
Hell yes! We will always suggest eco-friendly/sustainable options over disposable or single use products. You can read more about our approach on our sustainability page.

The majority of our Swag comes from within Europe where it is finished and decorated. the origin of the items varies depending on the raw materials used and items are manufactured in countries such as Germany, Italy, Spain, China, and the UK - we prioritize European suppliers who provide wholesale stock blanks ready for branding. This reduces the amount of products shipped via air to ensure a lower carbon footprint.
