We are proud to offer very flexible services when it comes to delivering your swag box orders and we appreciate there are many needs and variables to consider when distributing your swag. 

After you have considered your requirements if the ideal service isn't listed on our products or already included give us a shout and we will make sure we can deliver these as you like. With that said here are some of the most common services we offer...

Nation Wide Services

Royal Mail 24 / 48hr services

Perfect for mailing out to individual addresses, we have found this service to be very reliable and extremely cost-effective for sending out to the masses, perfect for your remote workforce, or sending gifts packs to your top clients.

DPD next day

Our go-to service for bulk delivery of your orders to one address, larger orders however may come via pallet so we use the likes of TNT however the services are very similar. The added bonus with DPD next day is that if you are taking advantage of our warehousing we can ship on demand and offer your recipients a timed delivery slot so that the delivery isn't missed. 

Dedicated Services

Sometimes it's more important to have a helping hand at your event or offices so that unloading and handing out is done without disruption on the day and at the right time. Speak to us about hosting a swag day or simply about having your order arrive behind the conference doors for 1pm on the dot. We offer dedicated delivery services so that you can rest assured your swag is where it needs to be.

International Services

For sending swag anywhere else in the world we use a tracked global mail service with Royal Mail and an Express Worldwide Service with DHL.

ROYAL MAIL International Tracked SERVICE

In many cases, this service is the most cost-effective option for sending parcels up to 2kg overseas. There are some limitations here so nothing bulky however on average most swag packs will fit in this bracket. This service is tracked and uses a global network of post to get your swag where it needs to be. Not included are additional delivery options and upgrades so import/export duties and taxes will be charged to the recipients.

DHL Express Worldwide

DHL is super reliable, fast, and offers a fully tracked service on their own networks, delivering swag to the US in lightning time and at reasonable rates! Items sent on the standard Express service depending on location may have duties and taxes that need paying. DHL will contact the recipient to arrange this. We can offer a Delivery Duties Paid service (DDP) through DHL who charges an admin fee to handle the payments. For more information on this please speak to one of our team.
